| Re: Another impoverished author. Brickie You amaze me with all that you do! looks like I need to go out and get a portable reader which can handle a kindle format. Have you thunk about your brick oven build as well?

It's called Tools Are Made, Born Are Hands: Baking True Artisan Breads in a Wood-Fired Oven. It's the result of many years teaching WFO workshops. The cover design is by Frankie Giovanni. Because of the number of photographs used to illustrate the various techniques covered, the file is much too large (40 MB) for Kindle. However, the e-book version is available on my website, :: Mary G's Artisan Breads :: Traditional wood-fired brick-oven breads made to uncompromising gourmet standards, as a pdf. You can download it to your computer after I transmit it via YouSendIt.
