james, i'd like to put in a vote for a new forum category of "what did you cook last night" ala the ones on egullet, (with a sticky thread) for those who would like to post their "food porn" pictures not involving recipes or techniques.

i always like to see what other people are cooking with their ovens [so i can copy it] (but still reserving the grilling and pizza categories for new techniques or recipes) and it would be nice to have all of the saliva producing photos in one place.

Nice idea. I have created the forum, and we'll see where it goes. I'm going to try tandoori.
