| I am a new owner of a forno bravo oven. I would like to know how long can I go between firings before I have to recure my oven. Thanx ! |

| Hi Mike, If you don't use your oven for a long period of time, then you may want to do a slow firing the first time. However if you think water has got in the oven then you should recure it.
