| Hey there, I was wondering if anyone has tried making croissants or other delicate pastries in their WFO? I'd love to hear about your experiences, oven temps, steam vs. no steam, etc! Thanks! -Killian |

| Croissants, should be fine in a WFO. I have only done them in the house oven. I would suggest baking them at bread temps and the same way as bread. I would also suggest using a pan under them due to the butter that bakes out. Steam should not be necessary. Hope that helps, Faith |
