| I marinated a nice piece of beef overnight in wine, olive oil, thyme and rosemary. Next day I put it on a bed of rosemary in a terracotta dish and topped it with some garlic cloves cut in half and a branch of rosemary. Unfortunately I could not find my meat thermometer and it ended up medium well....but still tasted great and made some fine sandwiches later.
