| I tried out the Tuscan grill from Forno Brovo last weekend even though we got 6" of rain around here, I just had to cook something outside! It worked really well and left nice deep grill marks in the chicken. It worked great in the ash pit of the oven.I would like to make a rack for it so it could be adjusted a bit easier, the fire bricks work well for now. I also ordered some Caputo flour and will have to give that a go soon. Here is a pic of the grill in action. Loren |
