| I found not one, but two three rib beef roasts on sale the Monday after Thanksgiving. For $2.99 a pound! That was almost like free! So, of course, I bought them and put them in the freezer (they were not prev. frozen, just nearing their sell by date). Has anyone cooked a roast beast in the wfo? What's the best practice to get one to a nice med. rare? Chicken doesn't intimidate me, but roast beef does.
