| I have been cooking in my WFO for about two years now (and NO I do not have it completed!) Love cooking pizzas, chicken & lamb in it. Pretty much use it every week. I am looking for a reciipe that uses serrano chile, Cilantro, penuts & Lime Anyone able to point me in the right direction? Eric. http://

| How about a vinaigrette made with peanut oil? Maybe marinate the chicken in it and roast it in the WFO in dry wine? Sort of a variation on coq au vin. |
