Cool Dirty Steak.....

This video was so cool I wanted to move it to recipe's and save it....cooking meat right on the coals.....

http://www.pbs.org/perl/media.cgir?t...01200&e=976600

Now....Who is going to be the first to post photos from their WFO?

Julia Child was almost a god in my wife's household.....
...last year I mentioned her favorite cooking shop in Paris...
E. DEHILLERIN : spécialiste du matériel de cuisine et ustensiles en cuivre, inox et fonte - Téléchargements : Téléchargements

BTW......Julia's kitchen is in the Smithsonian Museum in DC

I know of a boyscout leader who went to england and I guess that in british the word "fanny" is slang for vagina. Needless to say the fannypaks in the boyscout catalog were not a big hit. Let alone the fanny sauce which is refered to in the video.

Kina like the cigarette/fag thing.

I'm all for steak right on the coals. I mean after all we cook wet pizzas right on the not-always-immaculate oven floor. But caramel-onion-pepper sauce? You can move that to the disgusting food thread, as far as I'm concerned
