| made bread with wild yest recipe this is what I made ,it took 24 hrs rise time but well worth it ,can anybody tell me the ambient temp should be, in my basement it took 24hrs at 65 maybe I should rise the at 75 -80 for a faster rise I need to time this better I have no time to babysit 20lb of dough |
