Peter Reinhart getting a Forno Bravo oven

I just found this comment on Peter Reinhart's blog.

"For instance, tomorrow I am receiving shipment of a new Forno Bravo wood fired oven that is ready to use without building a frame or housing (it comes with its own stand and is ready to fire). It's small and moveable too. Can't wait to fire it up and report back on how it goes."

Hi guys,

It's true that Peter has a Primavera oven and we are waiting for him to fire it up. We're really (really) excited about this, but we are going to hold back saying a lot more about it until he starts using it (and really likes it).

He has mentioned the Primavera oven a couple of times in his blog, and he has poured a patio for the oven and set it in place. I hear it looks really good. Now we have to wait a little while longer -- and with some luck we will all start hearing about some serious wood-fired baking very shortly! Peter also noted that a few of you have started asking him about when he is going to using his new oven. Nice idea. :-)

Hey Jim,

Nice idea. I've been thinking about that. Peter did a session on eGullet a few years ago, where he answered questions live for a period of time.

After he's up and cooking (and through a new book proposal he is writing), we'll see if we can get him to swing by the FB Forum one evening.

I am a tester also, I try to test a recipe once a week, but I have been slowing down lately.
