Default Hammleman's Rustic Bread Pics

Tried Hammleman's Rustic bread recipe this weekend. I have bake the best bread ever. Perfect crust, sweet crumb.... It's everything a rustic peasant bread would offer.

Also, I have a picture of a small hole hole in my door. I steam by inserting the brass wand of the pressure sprayer into the hole.

Thanks again to James, and all those that give of themselves to make this site such a great resource.

I also baked some cornbread to go with the chile I made, too. I used mu Ultramill to mill popcorn into corn meal. It tastes as good as it looks!

The loaves on the left are about 2 pounds each. Once again great crust!

Here's the hole in the door. Seems to be working out well for now.
