| Title says it. While I've been enjoying the output of my partially completed WFO, I have family members who can't partake because of gluten intolerance problems. Has anyone out here tried GF recipes? My luck with them has been very poor, although I have had some GF "breads" that were better than expected. Since many of the recipes I've seen look and act like high hydration doughs, I was hoping to make some impressions with a WFO version. It seems like they would benefit from the high uniform heat of the oven. Any help here would be appreciated ....... Pdiff |

| I make gluten free pizzas for several friends. Its kind of a pain because the GF recipes I have tried lack enough substance to bake normally. They have to be prebaked. but...its worth it for good friends. I am not thrilled by any of the recipes I have found but my friend loves them all. Red Mill has a GF mix that I have not tried but might be worth trying. Good luck! Jay |

| If the links above don't already direct you there, I've seen what look like some great looking GF pizza dough recipes over at The Fresh Loaf |

| If you do find something good, remember to post it. The question is bound to come up again, so it'd be really useful to have your experiences here.
