Default 4 Sourdough Loaves

I think I'm making progress. This was 4 loaves 2 hand kneaded 2 in a KA. The cross pattern are the hand kneaded.

This is my first attempt at 4 loaves, necessary because 2 loaves lasts about 1 meal around here.

Because of the different pattern I can't be totally sure but it seems to me that that the mixer loaves may have just a bit more lift but I think it's pretty close.

Kneading is probably my most intense workout.
