| I seen on a few of the threads recipes for sauce... Ive always reduced tins or fresh and then passed them through a sieve I sometimes roast fresh toms with garlic etc... I had a pizza shindig this weekend and tried afew receipes incl the simple one that alot of people say works just toms from the tin uncooked.. Just to let others who havent tried it that toms drained and handcrushed straight from the can with a little oregano beats any other by a mile.. really really light sweet and fresh.. I will never heat them up again |

| I'm so glad you said that! Read the title and thought, this is going to be complicated... but you just described my favourite sauce - cool!
