| Well after a very hot July I decided to try my hand again at some pizza making. I made the dough, and pesto from the garden basil and PU'd some San Marzano's and Mozz from the market. Kinda rushing, I fired up the oven and in less than and hour and a half, she was plenty hot. Pies cooked around 2 minutes each. |
