| I am thinking of getting one of these as they seem to be the best available machines for producing good quality pizza dough. I am keen to get some feedback on them though before making the purchase. TIA Rossco |

| I know I've seen you posting on another pizza site where the majority seem to promote fork mixers as the best for pizza, what leads you to the spiral as the best option? Personally the Santos mixers looks great to me, but look far to simple for the $1500 price tag. They look so simple in fact that I have contemplated building my own clone and have even sourced the parts needed. I think I have a pretty good skill set to do it being a hobby machinist and a metal worker by trade. |

| Yes, I post on other forums but have never heard of a fork mixer? My suggestion that this is the best type of mixer is, in part, because I have seen some of the big names using one. Anthony Mangieri is one of them! Rossco |

| Here is a video of a santos mixer in operation. YouTube - Santos Kneader I know a few members of that other forum have them and you can find talk about them and fork mixers in general there. |

| I love my SP-5 Spiral Mixer, not cheap but it sure handles 10lbs of dough without breaking a sweat, and would do it all day long without complaining. Drake
