Default San Felice Flour

Was wondering if anyone here has used this flour and if so have any resourse as to were it can be purchased. I have used Caputo but here great things about San Felice, especially after I ate at Antico Pizzeria in Atlanta two weeks ago.

Howdy!

Yeah, I use it. I tried it as Caputo is too hard to get. I ain't chasin' it. So, I found this place.

Imported Italian Foods | Wholesale Italian Food

It makes great pizza. I've used in both of my WFOs.

I'll be in Vegas next week. Since you live there, are you going to the pizza expo?

I've used it in my oven (no WFO) and I found it easy to end up with a tough pizza. The best result is when I used very light toppings and allowed my stone to rebound.
