In the April 2009 (it is only February, how is the April issue out already?) issue of La Cucina Italiana (an excellent cooking magazine). There is a pretty good article on Pizza Napolitano.

They do not let you read the article on line and it is nothing earthshaking, but I am sure many of you would like it, so maybe check it out on your news stand...

The photography of that article was amazing. I was really impressed. On a side note, I thought the recipe in the article was a bit weak.
