 Herbed drizzle oils
Making an herb infusion with your olive oil is easy and can add a nice kick to your EVVO drizzle.....
This one used 1 cup of good olive oil, 5 cloves of garlic, lots of basil with some thyme, rosemary and parlsey. choped everything up and warmed the olive oil gently....let stand a while, stirr and put on your pizzas for some new pizzaz!
Refrigerate the oil to keep it for future pizzas or salad dressings.
