Default Dough balls sticking...help!

Hello out there. I am really happy with my dough but after letting the dough balls rest on my proofing trays, they stick horribly and are mangled in the process of removal. Any ideas? Flour and olive oil don't seem to do the trick unless I am not using enough on the surface of the tray?

I use olive oil on the tray/bowl, then move to a wooden board/counter with flour to work the dough into pizzas. Try using more oil. Do you cover the dough balls as they rest?

Thanks Mike. I will try more oil on the trays. I was concerned about changing the dough hydration by using too much oil.

Once the dough is made into the balls, the oil doesn't really get in. You need enough oil to let the balls spread and rise. Go for it.
