| Hi,I have a primavera 70 oven and i am trying to cook at 800 degrees on the floor.I am trying to produce a vpn type Neapolitan pizza ,they cook cook at 905 deg floor temp.Te bottom and sides burn and the dough does not set up on the bottom .sould i be closer to 700 degrees when cooking? |
