| Yes - the microwave is a pain but that's all they have in the lunch room at work unfortunately. Tks for the tip - didn't know about the med setting. I always heat up next day pizza in the electric oven - on the pizza stone... Rossco |

| Rossco, around here extra pizza skins often get turned into calzones at the end of the pizza baking. When cooled, I simply wrap the calzones in aluminum foil and keep in the fridge. I have found that for my tastes simply heating them in an open fry pan maintains the texture and keeps the crust from becoming either soggy or tough. Works better for me than reheating in an oven.
