I think they missed one: Shakey's Bunch o' Lunch. All the greasy pizza, with all of the greasy pressure fried chicken and potatoes, and limp salad with chemical-laden dressing you can eat. I can't believe it when I recall that this was a college boys dream... and I lived that dream!

The authors clearly focused on widely available, popular establishments. Their "worst" list is terrifying in fat and salt if nothing else. And just think of the preservatives and such that they don't even consider.

So...I guess it is WFO pizza or none!
