I have a commercial oven, and the issue is the chimney, is not working, the smoke keeps coming out of the oven entrance any idea?

Your flue is to small for the oven. It looks like a 4 inch and should be at least 6 inch.

yup, you´re right, is 4 inch... you`re saying it should be at least 6" that means I should go for 8" wide, right?

It looks like a corrugated SS chimney liner too. Get rid of that and use a triple wall chimney or box in a traditional clay flue. I realize you are in Mexico and all, but what you have there is a fire hazard.

BTW, are you burning gas and wood in this oven? I was curious about the size of the throat in the vent...that might be hurting your draw too.

That is dryer venting pipe, not flue pipe. Go bigger.

Holy smokes I think you're right....I just enlarged the images and I missed the sectioning before.

I really hope that it is really chimney liner and not dryer pipe....wow. Either way, it's gotta go.
