Is there a curing process ? I think im gonna start looking to see where I can buy the supplies, I guessI will try the kiln supply places first

No, just fire normally again. I would leave it for about a week before firing though. Get ingredients from pottery supplies.

If you look at the materials I use for this mixture it's basically the same as your homebrew refractory mortar, but all the ingredients are white.
