Now for some results! I wasn't able to get any pics of the pizza but I did get some of the bread the next morning. When the pizza came out of the oven, I turned around to get the camera and the pizza was already gone.

Manteca is just up the road from Modesto. Your bread looks great. That a nice deep brown and good carmelization. Take that Boudin.
