Thanks, yes it turned out a bit on the "chunky side".
I wanted to make a smaller sized pizza for the first test, but didn't reduce the size of the dough that I would normally use for a 12-14" pizza.
So that little pizza sprung right up. It was very tasty though.
I'm getting a 5 pound block of Grande Mozzarella today from Wisconsin. I'm told that it won't brown as much.
It's nice to be able to eat as I go forward and experiment.
