| What does everybody think? Are we ready for a Wood-Fired Cookbook? We have the wood-fired bread book, and we are hard at work on the Pompeii oven plans, so it might make sense to start collecting up recipes and techniques, and put everything together in an eBook. XJ, what do you think? Can you put some of your great recipes into Word documents for me? CJ, are we up for it? Heck, if we can pull together the Pompeii oven eBook, we can do anything. James
