| Not a food market but a culinary delight.... E. Dihillerin was made famous (at least to Americans) by Julia Child. Vaughn and her mother were big fans of JC so when in Paris they looked up this shop. Now if we go there we're sure to pick up something.....this trip included a nice pair of padded leather gloves for the wood oven and some razors to slice the bread dough! In business serving the Paris restaurants for over 100 years.....The pictures tell the story.....

| The happy customer..... They also had some huge (long) wooden peels you cut down to size....and about every other other gadget and pot your kitchen could use....
