Default Stand built, now for the hearth...

Hello there!

Bit of an autumn day here today, not your usual 31 degrees C. Mortared the last 6 blocks in place for the stand - the shade and various angled lines make the work appear more helter-skelter than it is :-) A slight shower threatens, so I put up my defences to protect the fresh mortar!

Now I'll brew a keg of Munich Lager that should be ready in time for the first pizzas, I hope...

Cheers,

Carioca

Very nice. Now comes the fun part, then after that, the really fun part. Hope you are enjoying the summer; I'm starting to look forward to spring here. Winter hasn't been bad, but some outdoor living sounds pretty good.

Yes, still a long way to go before the real fun part begins! This summer sort of drained my energy a bit - the construction site is in full sun and I can really start working there only after 4 p.m. But, as I said, it is getting cooler, down a degree or two from the 31 C we've enjoyed last week.

Ciao, ci vediam'
