heat stop used for vermicrete

I have some left over, has anyone used it in a vermicrete outside dome insulator vs straight portland/vermiculite

I would stick with Portland. Portland is dirt cheap and doesn't have the sand and other fillers added to it like mortar does. Save the HeatStop for a few months in case you need to make any minor repairs.
