Hello from Vegas

I am here looking to dive into making my own brick oven. I'm a professional chef and love the idea of a wood fire oven.

Ah Vegas. does Caesar's Palace have the best pizza in Vegas? Or is it the Venetian? How is New York New York? Is there some secret Las Vegas Pizzaria no one has heard about? I love Vegas. I look for excuses to go there all the time.

None of the pizza on the strip is great, that I found, but my favs are joes ny pizza and east coast pizza. Joes is across the street from the hard rock and east coast is all the way up in summerlin, on charelston. Look them up.
