Default Rosemary Potatoes

Cut potatoes into pieces.

Add chopped rosemary leaves and olive oil. Stirr to coat potatoes.

Put in Terricota/Oven Dish

Roast in oven and stirr periodically to prevent sticking.

Enjoy!

(Sometimes we add some onions and/or black pepper too)

Wink Rosemary Potatoes Update

Tried heating the dish this time. Last time they were not too crispy.

Worked much better with larger pieces and hot pan/oil.
