| We tried to do a lot yesterday and ran out of tools. We wanted more peels! I tried using a cookie sheet, one of those double insulated ones...and it worked really well. It has the lip on it so you can handle it well with your thumb. I used it to make (wet sticky dough) pizzas on and also for bread rising and transfer. Floured or cornmealed....stuff slid off well into the oven. Luckily, we have the smaller ones and they fit through my oven door!! I planned to get some wooden peels for making up individual pizzas, but it's nice to know there is an alternative when we get overloaded.
