this is similar to what we use for diesel engine mounts and also their transmissions on large
excavators.

as far as height you dont want to be bent over all the time whilst baking, having a dual axle trailer will help with your loads vs the center of gravity,sway pitch and yaw.

That's a beautiful set up factory rat. I like the the way you;ve done the flue. I made mine with a removable flue so it wouldn't sway around during travel.

I should have stated that the pic is an example of a dual axle....I wish it was mine, I plan to build one sometime but would like it to be enclosed.

We can still be inspired by your pictures to make the best portable pizza oven we can. That one is sharp!
I have a question about the 3" ceramic blanket. Will that be considered all insulation or is there some heat mass value to it?

It's insulation. Although heavy, It has no thermal mass value.
