That is sooo fantastic!!

What is the thatch out of? Will it have to be replaced from time to time? I love the look of thatching, but know diddly squat about it....

Its just grass that has been woven onto a thin bamboo type rod. it comes pre woven on a 2.4 mtr rod. It is nailed to the rafters at 80mm ctrs & is completely waterproof as long as the pitch of the roof is around 35 degrees.

great stuff, I will take a picture of inside the hutt & show you all what it looks like.

Good looking pie - the shape reminds me of something....

I think the not quite round ones taste the best!

lol.....yeah... everytime I tried to get the suckers round the dough just kept pulling it out of round......I gave up in the end It looked worse once I ate it

Almost finished.. I just have some electrical work to do plus some benches & some small final touches to do.

I cooked a roast chicken after a batch of pizzas the other day..... oh this thing just keeps getting better
