Using a Metal Stand

Has anyone out there used a metal stand? I am wanting to use 2"steel for my stand but instead of re-inventing the wheel I wanted to check and see if anyone out there has done the same. I did see one photo on the FB site of this being done.

this is what we did for a stand.
you can use steel if you design it correctly,

Forno Bravo sells a metal stand.

No reason you can't weld up your own.

Re: Using a Metal Stand

I agree with that. For some context, the FB Modena ovens (up to 3,000+ lbs) come with a metal stand.

The FB Cucina stand comes with pre-cut hardbacker panels for a built-in look.
