wow, that's the effort of a weekend? Impressive! It took me...oh...about five months to get that far. ;-) You'll be cooking in no time!

I put one layer of brick outline and pourd in vermiculite and portland cement,then put fire brick on top. Built arounrd floor.

put the isulation on today but the arch did not hold up i think it was to cold to bond.Attachment 11313
