first fire today added a flue pipe . 5hrs later still felt some warmth in dome[ATTACH]starting oven-chimminy-060.jpg[/ATTACH]

Don't fire it up too soon. Keep all the portland cement based concrete parts damp for at least a week. Two weeks would be better. In three weeks it will reach most of its potential strength.

i pourd the 11 bags of concrete in october of 08 sat for winter .
