Opening med size restaurant
Want to open medium size restaurant serving only about six different pizzas two different salads, wine and beer. Figuring average ticket of $14.00. Need to sell 50 units a day to break even (no rent very cheap labor [Mexico]) Just what equipment do I need? Oven (wood/gas .. hard to find good supplier of wood where located) Mixer (size, brand?) Prep table (size, brand?) Refrigeration needs?
