I am making plans for the 35" corner install of the Pompei oven. I am figuring the oven height to be 17.5" on the inside. The door height should be 11.025" which is 63%. I would like the width to be twice the height. Is an 11x22" door opening out of good practice? Still hashing out the details. Thanks, Timo.
