| I start out at 42" aff on all ovens I install, The lowest deck ht. was 37" The woman did all the cooking and stood about 4'10" and the highest was at 52" an again it was the woman and she was 6'2"or so and that was a Forno Brick oven installed in a house outside of Reno NV. I say start at 42" and go from there. |
