Heating the floor of the oven
I just put my first fire in medium size to small fire nothing crazy. Burned it for about 30-45 minutes. The dome really heated up nicely. You could tell that a little larger fire would really get it cooking. The dome to door height ratio is 65% say 13" high from bottom of angle iron to the floor. The ceiling height is about 20".
Any tips on getting the floor really hot so I can cook the bottom of the pizza?
Everything else sees to be ok at this point. the chimey draws well even without the pipe.
