Which brick oven to build?
Thank you so much! I have to confess that I was about to build a
"different" type "oven". The other one looked like much easier to make.
But thanks to you and Jim's posts I decided to go with a Pompeii/Firenze
type of oven. We are very glad I did.
Yes, those are some of my grapes. I have muscat and concord.
