Yep - I built the oven for my parents.

The only changes i would make would be to insulate it better so it doesn't take so long to heat up. (2-3+ hours)

It really needs more insulation under the floor, and some insulating blanket over the vault roof.

If you got both sets of plans - in the extra stuff you can see a backyard build where they use some blanket on the vault roof.

I would definitely do that if i had my time over.
