Hi all, I have been offered new silica bricks at a good price for building my pizza oven floor and dome. The bricks will need cutting and bolstering. Can anyone tell me if these bricks are ok for cooking on/in. Also keen for any advice on what kind of mortar you use with these types of brick. Thanks
