Commercial Electric Pizza Oven "Brick" as Floor in WFO?
What a great forum and a great website! Kudos to Forno Bravo for making it all possible!
I'm one more wannabe, and have been gathering materials as I come across them for a few years. One thing I have is a large sheet of some kind of firebrick, about four feet square, that was the floor of a commercial electric pizza oven. This board is very heavy of course, and about an inch thick.
Would it be suitable for use as the floor of a wood fired oven, or will it not stand the temperatures?
