Im on the run to get my own oven, but I know very little about the ovens.
Ive been looking at the Forno Bravo ovens, but I also have a guy that offers me building one that reaches also the 800 or 900 celcius, my question is: besides keeping the heat longer and burning less wood, what other big differences are between the bought one and the Forno one?
Wich materials do they used in the construction of a Forno Bravo oven?

A home-built refractory ovens means you source, purchase building materials (concrete, rebar, etc), refractory materials (firebrick, mortar and insulation) and construct an oven of your own design using your hands, tools and time. You get to control the entire process.
A store-bought refractory oven means you get to pay for and select a pre-cast, thermally efficient, proven oven design that can be installed on a pre-built base in a weekend.
