Hhaha

Funny how it works the same at your house..... and mine....

Guilty of the same thing, but I use a stone on the grills or oven. Meanwhile I dream of my future WFO. It brings a smiile to my face daily.

Say has anyone tried a stuffed focaccia type of pizza filled with stracchino?

That is the kind of thinking we need in Washington...ever thought of running for office?

Um, you're a little late on that first one. Myself, I don't have a problem with restaurant inspections - I work for the Health Department and I get to hear the horror stories of what inspectors sometimes find!

On the bright side, I know where not to eat!

But I agree, if I want to be an idiot in the comfort of my own back yard that's between me and the ER doctor!

Global warming is very real - as an overhyped, over-politicized, overly hysterical political issue...

Me, in a sarcastic mood? What makes you think that?

My pizza shop will be drive thru and delivery only...except in summertime when I will set up a tent outside...
My area is very rural and folks tend to like their pizza on the couch, delivery is 80% of the business here. Our new shop will be WFO, as we have truck-loads of nice oak to burn. More pics of the oven build in the commercial section, pending moderator approval.
best to all
Roger
